Therefore, the change of the feed speed causes a lag time for the change of the main motor current. This lag time is reflected in the PLC program control, and the frequency of the current signal collected by the PLC control center is required to be reasonable. If the frequency is small, the feeding speed and actual current cannot be adjusted to the best state in time; if the frequency is faster, then May be over-regulated. Make the actual parameters oscillate greatly around the best parameters, and even cause machine blockage. After reasonable programming control, this technology can ensure the stability of the animal feed production granulator's working current and give full play to the granulating performance.
