Briquettes are made by grinding Biomass and sawdust into a homogeneous pulp and forming this into a briquette under very high pressure.
High pressure & pressing releases one of the natural components of wood - lignin which has the property of becoming liquid at high pressure (temperature) and, as it subsequently cools, it binds the wood together in its new form Briquettes.


Working Principle of briquetting press machine
1. Wood Briquette Machine is the use of sawdust, crop straw (corn stalks, large soybean straw, sorghum, cotton stalk, rape straw, peanut vine, sunflower stalk), rice husk, grass, shrubs, branches, wood cut-off head, material head, sugar cane slag as raw materials.
2. After a wood grinder crushed and heated in the propeller, under high pressure the raw material will processed into a hollow rod.
3. The product has a high density, small size, flammability, and can replace firewood and coal.
4. General product diameter of 50-60mm, diameter of 15-20mm, square or hexagonal form of a hollow cylindrical.
5. Also be made of spherical, granular shape, honeycomb shape.
