The discharge mode of the flour machine has two kinds: suction and self-flow

(1) The arcing discharge is that the crushed material falls into the hopper of the lower part of the flour machine, and depends on the arcing discharge out of the machine or into the corresponding conveying system. When this discharge method is adopted, the lower part of the flour machine needs a floor space to install the conveying device and the driving motor of the maize flour milling process machine.

(2) Grinding chamber suction is set between the two units of the compound grinding machine pneumatic conveying suction pipe, will crush the material directly from the hopper away. The pot feeder occupies less height than the induction feeder, but the pressure loss of pneumatic conveying is large, and its reliability is not as good as that of the induction feeder. Due to the limited space under the grinding roller, pneumatic conveying once the material is dropped, the grinding chamber will be blocked in a few seconds, so the use of the grinding chamber suction machine is best equipped with the grinding chamber anti-blocking alarm device.
