One, the characteristics of small animal feed mill

•1: Wide processing range, no matter miscellaneous wood, pine, bamboo chips, peanut shell, rice hull, straw and other biomass raw materials we can find now, can be made into particles, without any addition.

 

•2: The density of processed particles can reach 1.1*10 kg/m.

•3: Ensure that the maximum length of biomass raw material does not exceed the diameter of mold hole, such as using 6mm flat mold, feed length should not exceed 6mm.

•4: Ensure that the water content of biomass raw materials is controlled between 10%-18%, and different raw materials require different water content. For example, pine with high lignin content or sugar raw materials require lower water content, and conversely, higher water content is required.

 

•5: Compression ratio of flat die hole. Different raw materials contain different amounts of lignin due to different packing density, so different form of die hole is needed to achieve better molding effect. Our small animal feed pellets machine is equipped with flat die is in accordance with a large number of experimental data of different raw materials and processing, for the general raw materials will be better effect, but if the customer material made particles appear more dust, new rate is low, we will adjust the flat die compression ratio according to the material.
